Modified "setcallforwardpbx" plugin.
In the original version of "callforwardpbx", was not been specified how to cancel forwarding. That was very confusing for my users. I added a variable in the language files for English and Russian languages, and made some add's into main js file. I will be very happy if anybody would make translation for german and spanish.
