We are next to buy FOP2 and we have installed the Trial.

Almost Everything is Ok but to moderate Audioconferences we need that muted participants (by the leader) in the FOP2 Panel could unmute by itself using *1.

Actually if the Leader mute participants, the can't unmute by itself. They always hear the message 'conf-muted.gsm' and there is no way they can unmute itself if they want to talk.

We just got FOP2 up and running and haven't had that much time to work with it yet so my question may be premature but, in looking at it thus far I was surprised to see there isn't a built in soft-phone. Our previous system was an Avaya and the operator worked the system directly from the console itself as an extension on the system.

Hi,
I have asterisk 16 and Im using fop2 for Login Logout to my queues. I have a problem that FOP2 cause my AMI connection to hang after 6 or 8 hours and I need to restart fop2 server to go back to normal . Any idea what can be the problem ?

We have several clients that would like the ability to forward a voicemail from voicemail explorer. Right now you can only listen or download. In order to forward they have to then go into UCP, which has a forward option. It would be great to add a third button in FOP2 that would add a forward functionality.

Changelog in FOP2 Manager

It would be nice to have changelog for FOP2 and plugins available in FOP2 manager.
Something like clickable version number which shows you complete changelog (in expandable block?) or opens a separate web page with changelog.

System is not available right now

Something has changed overnight and FOP2 isn't loading. The FOP2 Manager is loading and performing normally

Error:
"One moment please ... Connecting to server, attempt number : 1" --> 10 ... ending with "System is not available right now"

Checking from the console looks OK:

Problem with POPup on connect

HI , first thank's for this Wonderfull software.
I use on one of my server Fop2 with Freepbx 14 ( asterisk 13 ) and I have a issues with popup.
Normally popup on connect only work with inbound call from a queue to an agent. This is working for me . But my problem is the popup come for all the call of the agent , event outbound call or local call (between 2 Agent) . And I prefer to have popup only for call from queue.
I think it's because asterisk 13 do an eventwhencalled for all call, but I don't find where I can find this.
I hope one of you have an idea to fix that !

Hi,

Is it possible to use the "app-queue-toggle" macro when adding or removing members from queue with FOP2 ?

It would be a great feature because this macro allows to use BLF buttons to log in/out from queue and to see if the user is logged or not in the queue (the blf button is blinking on the phone when logged in). I know that app-queue-toggle use device state, and that the user log in/out with this dialplan : *45ddd*qqq where ddd is the device number and qqq is the queue number.

We recently had strange login issues for our new FOP2 installation.
We kept getting "Invalid Credentials" when we copied and pasted the automatically generated secrect value from freepbx version FreePBX 14.0.13.24.
For instance "977a62f2b1fdf25a58a24133bf11876e"
We would have to log in and reset the value in the admin section before the user could log in again.
If FOP2 service gets restarted then logins would fail again until the value was reset.
When I checked the stored value in FOP2 against the stored value in freepbx.

I see that the value is being truncated.
Could you please update the size of the stored secret in FOP2 to match that of those used by freepbx.

FOP2 Button Penalty is Resetting After Applying Configuration Changes on IssabelPBX

My penalty set on each Queue Channel parameters keeps on resetting every time I apply changes on my IssabelPBX config.
Is there any way to prevent this? I think this is a bug.

FOP2 Agent Icon is Busy

Hi!
Our FOP2 agent icon is showing busy "-". But the agent extension is not engaged. I already tried restarting fop2, also reloaded asterisk by still the same:

Pending calls won't get through the agent's extension.
Anyone know how to fix this?
