Hello,
I (re) installed fop2 on a freepbx17 debian12 server (asterisk 21)
I get an MySQL error in the Call History popup.
I had to install asterisk and dahdi with phreakscript as I needed an old dahdi driver and had to more or less manually install freepbx17 (without asterisk) on top.
All seems to be working, the only error I get is this :

Fatal error: Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'direction' in 'having clause' in /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php:96 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php(96): mysqli_query() #1 /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dbgrid.php(826): dbcon->consulta() #2 /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dbgrid.php(1685): dbgrid->set_pagination() #3 /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dbgrid.php(1182): dbgrid->print_grid() #4 /var/www/html/fop2/calldetailrecords.php(600): dbgrid->show_grid() #5 {main} thrown in /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php on line 96

The asteriskcdrdb database is the old one I reimported from the old centos freepbx16 server .
The call history is working for both inbound and outbound calls .
Does anybody know where the column 'direction' is supposed to be ?
I guess there has been a change in the table structure which I missed by importing the old table
Thanks

After difficulties getting Call History to display, I verified that both config.php files agreed as to the mysql user and then granted permissions to the database for local and remote user.
Now we see call history in FOP2. I can see call recordings in FOP2 as well.
Where we have difficulty is that playing a recording does nothing, and attempting to download the recording results in "Error: File not found"
We mounted /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ on the FOP2 server using NFS but the same problem exists, although the directory is visible and can be browsed in SSH.

How do we get that FOP2 Recordings panel to play or download the recordings?

Issue with call recording when initiated via the FOP2 GUI. FOP2 is running on a standalone server, separate from our FreePBX server. All other functions within FOP2 are working correctly, except for call recording. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting and resolving this issue?

We are starting to use the Sangoma Connect Desktop soft phones. The issue we are having is all the Soft Phones show as "red" or unavailable in the Queues Panel, while the "physical phones" in the queue show the correct Presence Statuses (all the soft phones are "red") See Image Below. The Presence Status from Sangoma Desktop Phone doesn't seem to be reflected in FOP2. The "Extensions" panel will show them as Available "green" or "blue" when on a call, but does not change with a Presence Change from the Sangoma Desktop Soft Phone application. The Queue Panel never changes Presence, they are always "Red" in the Panel. Any suggestions?

For 3 months or more FOP2 worked ok for me, but yesterday, suddenly, when log in FOP2 the message "Validation problem. Please contact your provider" always appear. Nothing changed yesterday or before . I can log in FOP2 using user and password. I tested server connection and it's ok. But when log in, message appear and all extensions are in grey. There isn't queue information.

I don't know what validation problem message means. In config, server and Asterisk manager all is fine. Connection with AMI works. Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance.
when a user changes their presence status in the User Control Panel or in the softphone Sangoma Phone Desktop it has no effect on the presence status of the users extension in FOP2. So for example when a user sets their presence to "Unavailable" it will be not shown in FOP2. It will be always displayed as available (green).
Is it possible to fix this?

Thanks for your help.

I really have looked for an answer to this question in the forum, but didn't find anything. Is there an option to include the agent extension in the queues list? Right now it only show the Agent Name. I know I can add the extension to their Name, but I thought there might be a way to just include it either before their name or after. For example...the FOP2 Button shows "1121 John Smith", but in the Queue List it shows only "John Smith". I would like it to show similar to the Button Display. Thanks for any info or suggestions.

They sell the service and then disappear with your money. This is just another scam on the market!
