I've tried searching this forum, but I've only seen topics on transfer between queue/extension or pickup calls. FOP1 was able to do this and was wondering if this is possible in FOP2 as well.

Extensions are handled via Cisco Call Manager. So we're just looking for a tool to help operators transfer waiting calls to different queues. We currently use FOP1, but it is not not reliable.

Is there plans to have this feature implemented in future versions?

You can pickup a waiting call to your current extension, and then you can transfer to another queue, but I think that is not what you really want.
