When using the paging feature it fop2_server will spike too 100% usage causing system lag. Is there a way to prevent pages from being displayed in fop2? This system uses freepbx which I believe uses meetme for its paging function.

There is no way to filter those. Just start fop2_server in debug mode and watch the show when you do the paging.
