FOP2 is awesome, and I hope to get this working properly. This add-on will help with so many aspects of this deployment.

Here is a little info about my setup:
[list:3ojsb6jf]

Elastix 2.3.0

FOP2 2.26 and 2.25

Created FOP2 user account with "All" permissions, including Queue Manager[/list:u:3ojsb6jf]

I have FOP 2 running on my test elastix server. All the features appears to work fine. The only feature that doesn't work properly is the Action Submenu. When I click on the extension, I just get a gray line and no menu.

I had FOP2 2.25 installed, and upgraded to 2.26. The problem still persists. I have tried this from various OS and browsers, from Windows 7 with IE 9, FF, Chrome, to Windows XP.

I hit fop 2 from both Elastix console, and directly at http://<server>/fop2/fop2.html, and have the same results.

Eventhough FOP2 loads in the browser properly, there is an error being reported on the status bar. Here is the details:

Webpage error details

What I would like to suggest is instead of the grey line it will be great to show something like "No actions to perform". It will save a lot of wondering and googling time.

I couldn't agree more. I was searching Google for the millionth time, then I came across this.

I was also thinking something is wrong with the submenu showing only a grey line , but then added an e-mail and the menu started working.

Thank for your quick reply. We already have FOP2 licensed for remote server (Freepbx). I am currently working on bring FOP2 up on an Elastix box for our corporate HQ.

I did see the item about the "Email", but I didn't know it was the email field in the FOP2 Buttons section.

Now here is a question, in Elastix, I do see the following field for "Email", but I can't type anythign in it.

I was wondering the following:

Why I can't edit the field (i have given the admin account full rights in FOP2)?

Is there a text file where I can edit the email field for the buttons?

Thanks again for all the help.

queue add/remove/pause (only if you actually SEE queue buttons in the fop2 right bar, and if you have queuemanager/all or queueagent permissions - when queueagent the actions are only available in your own extension and not others-).

send email - only if you defined an email address in fop2admin fop2 buttons page (email field)

send sms - only if you have a khomp card and enabled the sms card in fop2.cfg

chat - only if you have fop2 licensed with the chat feature.

If you have a lite version, and you do not see queue buttons, and you did not setup email addresses, then it is normal to NOT have actions displayed there. Maybe that is your issue.
