Just a week ago or so my action buttons stopped working. The same day they stopped working I also randomly got access to whisper, listen, and record capabilities. I can click the name of the extension and it does give me the blue border and when I hover over "Voicemail" for example it does display "Transfer to Mailbox". However when I click one of these features I get no response, it does not go through. We've already tried changing my security level and changing it back but it hasn't helped. Any ideas?

Idea 1: lack of permissions in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf

Idea 2: you are in user and device mode with a broken userdevice.agi (as it comes stock in freepbx), you can somewhat overcome this by setting the originatechannel to Local/xxx@from-internal in all extensions in the fop2 buttons page.

Best regards,
