service fop2 stop
cd /usr/local/fop2
script capture.log

If that returns empty, you will have to upgrade asterisk. If not, perhaps there is a difference in the response events from the ones fop2 expects.

I have tested in different configs. Asterisk and fop2 on 1 server, on different servers , 64 or 32 bits any tests give one result --- after restart all users are online. I have all iax2 users is it problem? I thought it is impossible to start fop 2 with correct button states, asterisk manager gives states only when some action happends. As i remember fop 1 and older versions of fop 2 had the same problem. May be you have some advise ? At least i need buttons state offline after restart...
Please help me to find a bug, it's stops me to use fop2 on all my PBX's. Thank you! One more may be this problem only in demo mode?

Button state does not change because of a FOP2 restart or web server restart. I can restart my fop2 server dozens of times and sip registrations do not vary at all. Something else might be happening besides the restart.

Let's me describe it
for example we have asterisk with all users described in buttons.cfg are OFFLINE(not registered).
Fop2 shows Grey buttons so everything is fine.
for some reason i have to restart Fop2 or all web server , as a result of restart Fop2 shows all green buttons .But actually
all users are offline. And only after action from user register and unregister buttons become grey.
Is it possible to make grey buttons for all users by default instead green ones.
Thank you!

But all states are persistent. If you do not see them you probablly have lack of permissions in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf or you have something misconfigured.

Try setting all both to read/write in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf, reload asterisk, reload fop2, and try again.
