I log in as another user and 185 appears but not under extension 100's account. In fact, several extensions are missing, most of them are unused extensions so perhaps they were hidden somehow? We are using Trixbox CE 2.8.0.3 and have the freepbx tools installed. Any thoughts on where I would look to resolve this?

You are probably using fop2 groups in fop2admin. You will have to check your receptionist user in freepbx "fop2 users", see if it has groups checked/assigned. Then go to "fop2 groups" and be sure the missing extensions are checked for the groups the receptionist has assigned.

Bets regards,
