When a user is assigned to more than one device, FOP2 only uses one of the devices for actions like dialing from the phone book and whispering.
For example, if a "user" is assigned to the devices with SIP accounts SIP/100, SIP/101 and SIP/102, dialing from the FOP2 phone book when logged in as this user only tries to ring SIP/102.

Does anyone have a simple solution for this?

Hi,

The simple solution is to set the originatechannel to be Local/xxxxx@from-internal, where xxxxx is the user extension.

Go to fop2admin , fop2 buttons and set it there.

Best regards,

Perfect, thanks!
