The troubleshooter worked well. In this case, for some reason, the service wasn't running. I started it and now FOP2 is working. Thank you for the prompt assistance today.

You have to verify several things: fop2 server running, binding to port 4445, port not blocked, and that you have no plugins preventing the connection.

Adding the symlink fixed the error on the test command, which is now outputting this:

Flash Operator Panel 2 - No valid license found. Demo Mode
Connection to manager OK!

I've installed the FreePBX module and all seems okay, except that I can't login to FOP2. The login screen appears at http://host/fop2, but when I enter an extension and voicemail password, it says "Attempting to connect to server..." and eventually times out to "System is not available right now."

The users and buttons in the FreePBX module seem to be correctly populated; I'm at a loss for how to proceed at this point.

Please advise.

In any case, what I can read from the actual error seems to be related to a missing library that can be fixed via symlink or installed version 2.27. Please read the last question in the FAQ on how to add a crypto symlink for centos 6.
