I too have this issue, using PIAF, outgoing works fine, but i am a bit stumped about how to find the IAX2/name for the inbound... can it be gleaned from the logs? is it the context name of the incoming call?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run this command when you have inbound iax calls:

asterisk -rx "core show channels"

Either add the extra name in the channel field in fop2admin fop2 buttons page, or configure your iax peer so it matches both inbound and outbound calls.
