<![CDATA[Phonebook constantly giving permission notice.]]>I'm not sure where to check on this, but the phonebook is constantly giving those with the "phonebook" permission the notice of "You do not have permission to access this resource"

This was working not too long ago. I think the updates software you guys sent me is what stopped it from working. Maybe I'm missing a MySQL login somewhere, but I don't recall where it goes.

Any ideas what I can check to fix this?

edit: the MySQL credentials are correct in config.php file.
