<![CDATA[Supervised Transfer button]]>Ive installed the latest version - and have the blind and supervised transfer button.. but the supervised button does nothing... literally nothing.. other than displays a message when hovering over it.. All the other buttons work ok though... have i missed something to activate it?

Either you have to patch it or upgrade asterisk.
