New Install of FOP2(Demo): No buttons show for a logged in users (Firefox Browser) and I keep getting "Invalid Credentials" when i try to login to the FOP2 Manager. I have tried to log in as "root", "maint" "wwwadmin" or "admin"

The manager uses the same credentials as freepbx by default, if you want to disassociate them, edit /var/www/html/fop2/admin/config.php, set use_freepbx_auth to false, and then right below you can set the user/pass you want to use to login to the manager.
