When I receive a call on the extension I have logged in with in FOP2, how do I pick it up from the panel without using the phone or softclient itself?

I figured the CallPickup icon should do that, but when I press it, nothing happens.

Can you advise?

Then you can answer from your own phone. Same as dialing *8 directly with the handset in a standard Asterisk setup.

FOP2 can send control commands to the PBX, not to your phone. There is no way in Asterisk to trigger an 'answer' option in your phone.
