<![CDATA[FOP2 Agent Icon is Busy]]>Hi!
Our FOP2 agent icon is showing busy "-". But the agent extension is not engaged. I already tried restarting fop2, also reloaded asterisk by still the same:

Pending calls won't get through the agent's extension.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm able to resolve this issue by relogging in to phone.
