<![CDATA[Pause and Unpause]]>Hi,
If I click the "Presence Icon" of an extension anf hover over "Pause Member", it cannot be clicked but "Unpause Member" can:


According to the users, "Pause Member" use to be available. Is this a permisiion issue or something else?
