<![CDATA[Transfer call after received from queue]]>We have an issue with FOP2 that might be just a setup issue but II can not figure it out.

  1. caller routes through IVR and selects any of the options and is placed then placed in a queue.

  2. all queues ring to the extensions (230-236)

  3. Call is answered by one of these representatives so the call is active.

  4. Problem: representative cannot use FOP2 to transfer or transfer to VM. Button is unresponsive.
