<p dir="auto">Albeit with varying success, FOP1 had the ability to make agents go a different color depending on whether they were logged into the queue system or not. This was very helpful <img src="http://localhost:4567/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=9c14fadbfa0" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" style="height:1.4em;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":)" alt="🙂" /> Does such functionality exist in FOP2? Although seeing the queues themselves is useful, it would be useful to see in the extension buttons whether someone is logged in or not.</p>
<p dir="auto">I'm running 2.11 free on RedHat</p>
<p dir="auto">Cheers,</p>
