<![CDATA[Extension showing null]]>Hi all,

Please lend me a helping hand here. I have installed and configured the FOP2 for the users in my organization. But the status of one of the extension is showing as null in FOP2. Could you please clarify what may be the reason??

When you click "other" you get a dialogue box that asks you to enter a value, not knowing what to put in the box if you hit cancel, the "Null" mouse over will result and the icon will change to a green box of the person trying to change their status. Change the status back to available and the green null icon will go away.

Do you see the word "null"? Where exactly? An extension button? Presence? A queue member?
