Problem re-registering license after reinstall of the server

We have an issue with registration of the licence. Our PBX was completely reinstalled after system crash. We have installed fop2 2.26 and now we can't use the licence.
I belive we had to revoke the licence before the reinstallation, but it was not possible.
Now when I am trying to register the licence it gives me the following error:
Serial code already used on another hardware.
If you want to revoke the previous license, use the command:
./fop2_server --revoke
And when I am trying to revoke it I get:
Serial code not available for revokation on this machine!
Please let me know how it possible to recover the licence, and which information we have to provide for you. (serial code, etc..)
