cant register fop2

Hello

My motherboard failed and fop2 wont register. It tells me Serial code already used on another hardware.
When I try to revoke it I get this message
Serial code not available for revokation on this machine!
I have sent an email to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:sales@asternic.biz">sales@asternic.biz</a><!-- e --> but have not recieved a response
Any help would be appreciated

    Please contact us via the live help or wait for the email reply, the forum is public and you should not share your activation here. You have to request a manual revokation if you need to reuse a code after a hardware failure.
