Cannot make changes to Fop2 Buttons in FreePBX

Ver 2.24 FreePBX Ver 1.2.9
Elastix 1.6.2-37
FreePBX 2.5.2.2
Somehow I have made it so I can not make changes to the Fop2 buttons screen in freepbx
All other functions on the panel itself seem to be working
But for example I cannot add an external number on the Fop2 buttons screen
I have tried uninstalling the FreePBX module and reinstalling

    I have updated to 1.2.10
    Upon more review it seems that I am able to modify certain buttons but not others
    For example I could add an external number to Ext 405 but not to Ext 402
    Also for example I could not add zap channels 1-24 in the trunks the field just goes back to blank after you submit

    So you submit the form and it does not save the extra information on *some* of the extensions? Not sure if I can help you out. Perhaps you have a table marked as crashed in mysql, but I think that should raise some kind of error in freepbx itself. You can try by uninstalling and installing again the module.

    I have noticed the same problem (not being able to change the button's configuration in the FreePBX module) when using Chrome. After lots of trying, re-installing, etc., I switched to Internet Explorer and everything works now. The main difference is that IE takes very long to load the page...

    Are you using fop2admin 1.2.10 ?
