DND not showing on FOP2

We are using Yealink phones. When we hit the DND button the phone we can see it dialing the code in the FOP2 and it activates on the phone but it does not show on the FOP2 as DND. Does anyone know if we are missing a setting on the phone to allow for this or a setting on FOP2?

    DND buttons on phones are not tracked by asterisk. If you use FreePBX and you programmed your phone to dial the DND feature code in FreePBX, then it will work providing you ran the script to generate the proper freepbx override contexts, as described in the online docs:

    /usr/local/fop2/generate_override_contexts.pl -w

    That was done already. Any other idea what could be causing the FOP2 not to register DND?

    If your manager credentials are insufficient, manager user events could not be displayed, and fop2 uses user events to handle those states. Trixbox is known to have a broken asterisk that filters user events in its default config, you must add "all" both to the read/write lines in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf to be sure you get all the events.

    Other than that, there is nothing else to check, and it is *known* to work, perhaps your phones are setting themselves in DND, and as I said before, PHONE STATUS are not trackable.
