FOP 2 Issues

I am having a couple of different issues:

1. I have a client where when they pace themselves on DND it is not showing properly on the FOP panel or on their BLF keys. They are using Yealink T28s.

2. I have a client that when they record a call using FOP2 it does show up in the FOP2 recordings area. It accessible through the back end files but not there.

    FOP2 does not set BLF, that is a task for Asterisk and its configuration. If you generate the override contexts for FreePBX, those context have some items for BLF, but if it works or not is not a matter of FOP2 but your dialplan (hint: be sure to run generate_override_contexts.pl -w if you use FreePBX to get those updated for FOP2).

    Issue 2 I do not understand. FOP2 is FOP2, it does not know any backend. You expect a recording made via fop2 to appear on some backend? It might or might not work, depending on the backend, not fop2.
