asterisk version change

Hi,

is there a need to reinstall fop2 with "make" after asterisk version change 1.4 --> 1.8?

    No need, but you might need to update your /etc/asterisk/manager.conf file as there are new settings/permissions when going from 1.4 to 1.8 (most importantly the originate permission)
