Thanks for the suggestion! It is non that trivial to implement... there are some things to consider:
1) What queued call to pickup? Always the 1st?
2) FOP2 will need to use a standard redirect instead of direct call pickup as it does now.. not impossible to do, but adds some complexity.
3) If a call is picked up from the queue, it will be flagged as ABANDONED in queue_log and it will break queue log statistics as http://www.asternic.biz
It is not the same, but you can click on the queue button, then click on the ringing agent and pickup the call. You have to use more clicks, but it should work.
