Hello, that's me again :p

I would like to know if I can record automatically a call using FOP2 on a queue call. Let me explain.

I'm receiving a call from Sales queue. When I awnser the call, can FOP2 start recording (with the little cassette icon) and display it in recordings tab of phone book (I already configured mySQL and FOP2 to make the recordings display into this tab).

How could I do this?

    Hi,

    FOP2 does not run commands in that way. If you want to record queue calls, you should set that in your queue configuration in asterisk itself.

    Asterisk does not send AMI events in that case (a queue call being recorded), so FOP2 does not know about it.
