License revokation after system crash

Hello,

Our license cannot be used because it was installed on a previous system that has completely crashed. I've managed to have back the files of the crashed system.
So, can I simply overwrite new files by the old one (fop2settings.db) to restore my old license or do I have to request a manual license revokation?
And how do I request a revokation?
