Add more fields in my FOP2 phone book

Hi Admin,
I want to add more fields in my FOP2 phone book e.g (Dept, Exten No, Home Phone & Office phone) Click to dial should work in additional fields.How can i do that ? I m using FOP2 2.30 .

    .php code is open for you to modify/improve. Look at contacts.php. You will also have to modify the mysql schema. Best regards,
