Hangup call without selected Extensions

Hi FOP2,

Now Our team integrated FOP2 with our crm, our crm include on minibrowser.

After agent login from fo2 page only show his extension. I config on fop2 admin group/permision per extensions.

I can call customer number on minibrowser, but if i want to hang up call, i must selected extensions then press button hangup (pic : http://202.52.48.80/images/fop2-2.png)

How can i hangup call without selected extensions?

I think the less effective, if it should choose the extension then press the hangup button, because the user is already on the map to 1 extension

    No solution as it requires changes on FOP2 itself. As hangup can be applied to ANY visible button, it requires a target to be selected. That is how it works. modification should involve letting the target be your own extension when no target is selected. I might change/add that on a next release.

    Please try version 2.31.01 that has the requested feature enabled.

    Hi FOP2 Team,

    I already try, i put print screen on attachment.

    Perhaps his idea like this:

    Every time I click on the number (click call) in Minibrowser automatically block "ext", so that when I click the button hangup call automatic was disconnected. It would be great, if I set one extension for one group, the extension button does not need to appear when logged into the page so that more efficient space fop2 (pic08)

    Some phone application in our country today for telemarketing or call center agent that appears on the page like my pic (pic05) on attachment and if i click button hangup (pic06) --> it is my target with fop2.

    One extension map to 1 user/agent.

    My idea may be input for FOP2 developer team, so those who want to integrate CRM applications with FOP2 applications more easily.

    My needs are, when no target is selected letting the target be own extension, so when i click hangup is same as i selected own extension then click button hangup.
