Unable to play or download voicemail messages

Hi! Is there a way to make the Play and Download buttons work?
I would really need it!

Check voicemail_path in fop2.cfg and try to debug (http://support.asternic.biz/?/selfhelp/view-article/how-to-debug-fop2/10). It should work.
