I have a client whose CRM page I pop up in the mini browser window. I want to reset the browser to a page that says, “Waiting for Call” after wrapup time ends. I can catch the change in status or hangup event and do something, but I don’t know what command to send where to reset the browser for this agent. Any ideas?
(Other than the obvious put something in the CRM page that reloads the “waiting” page on save, which was my first suggestion, but client doesn’t want me to mess with CRM code unless I have to as it is also used outside FOP2.)
