Monitoring & Recording Missing

Installed on Asterisk (PIAF) and all is good, BUT the Monitoring (chanspy) and Recording are not showing as available in the FOP2 panel. Other top-buttons and Submenu Actions are and I have the extensions's permissions I am logging in as set to "all". What am I missing (besides the buttons - ha!)?

    If you do not see the action buttons at the top, then YOU DO NOT HAVE the right permissions for the FOP2 user. How did you set the "all" permission?
