No, you cannot. Licenses are valid for one server only.
You can upgrade fop2admin via FreePBX module manager (you will have to enable access to FreePBX in your elastix server). The latest version includes drag&drop sorting. I do not remember if the feature is enabled in the admin that is packaged with Elastix, maybe it is, you can try. Go to fop2 buttons and just drag buttons up or down to arrange order. When you are satisfied, apply changes in freepbx and then reload fop2.
Not really, the difference is that the Elastix version is slightly modified compared to the standard/tarball version, as it includes some integrations that are exclusive to the Elastix environment (and removes some of the native fop2 features in favor of elastix features). I do not recommend to upgrade from tarball after a repository install, as the next time an upgrade from repo is available, it will most probably break what you have.
Best regards,
thanks for ur response ,
but another question ,
if i reinstalled my server , how could i register the license ???
u told me it is only for one server ???

/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke
After the license is revoked, you can reuse the code on a new server/installation
