It would be great to be able to specify AND/OR in the filter field. I will look at the code myself to see if it's possible, but this seems like something that should be fairly simple?
It is not that simple, and not sure if it will be useful. The next version will include tag support, so you can assign a list of comma separated tags to extension buttons, and filter will work over those tags too.
