Registration Code

Hello,

We had a hardware meltdown and had to move the Elastix hard drive to another computer. Everything came up fine except the FOP2 registration code is not working. It won't let me revoke it from the new machine, and I can't apply it because it says its already in use. Since its an emergency and we rely heavily on FOP2, I opted to just order another license to get it up quickly, but that has yet to be emailed to me.

Actual Question:

How can I reactivate our current license for the new hardware since, due to catastrophic failure, we no longer have access to the old hardware?

    For license handling issues you must contact us via email or live help. Manual revokations can be requested by those means.

    The forum is not a good place for dealing with these issues due to its public nature.
