I read many posts here, but I could not fix the problem (Listen button is not working).
I updated FOP2 server and Freepbx module yesterday, but nothing
Please describe what happens when you click the listen button.
What you must do:
click on a button that is in a call
click on the listen button in the action toolbar
What should happen:
your phone rings
you pickup the phone and listen to the call
If you describe a little bit more what you do and what happens I would be able to point you in the right direction to fix the issue... but with no information it is a shot in the dark.
Probable causes: insufficient manager permissions (lack of originate), button misconfiguration when doing manual config, using asterisk 1.6.0 without specifying the force_parameter_delimiter in fop2.cfg.
You will have to see if chanspy is listenting to the proper channel, do a "core show channels concise" from the asterisk cli to get the information.
It seems fop2 is doing its job, and that is asterisk's chanspy that is misbehaving. Depends also on the exact 1.8 version you have... chanspy is one of the applications that is most erratic across versions.

Note: I am using Asterisk 1.8
