Button showing old name

I have had to update the name for our ext 115 from Back to Rhonda I have confirmed that the Fop2 button label for 115 shows Rhonda, however on the ext still shows Back as the name.
After a reboot still it show the old name.

    Most probably you are seeing that old name because Ronda is member of a queue.

    I think that FreePBX does not update the queue member name when you rename an extension, and it remains with the old name. FOP2 will pick the queue member and rename the button label based on that name. To confirm, you could run in your command line
    asterisk -rx "queue show"

    And check for the queue member names in there.

    The solution would be to fix freepbx ;)

    Well, you can try to edit your queues, remove Ronda from them, applying changes, and then adding her back. That will probably fix your issue.
