Only conferences showing in fop2
Hi I am hoping someone knows a simple fix for this! I have used fop2 on a different system I administered previously so I am pretty familiar with setting up users and how to give the correct access.
I am working with a fresh install of PIAF purple and upgraded FreePBX to 2.9.0.9 (I upgraded using the upgrade module). I also updated all the other modules after the FreePBX upgrade in case it matters. I have built just a couple of users using the fop2 admin module for FreePBX and I am able to successfully login to the panel.
It seems no matter what I do, all I can get to display on the screen after logging in is conferences. We have about 20 conference bridges (or rooms) on this system and they all show up. If I call into one of the conference rooms, it shows in the fop that I am in the room. If a second person calls in... they show as well. As soon as we hang up... we are no longer shown in the room. This leads me to believe fop2 is talking to asterisk correctly. Also all the buttons along the top nav bar are missing. all I have is 3 text/selection fields... 'Filter' 'Dial' and 'Available'
I have built users with every possible option/access allowed and some with limited access. I specifically built a user allowing access to only extensions (purposely leaving out conferences) but even that user could see all the conference rooms.
Any help would be truly appreciated!
--One side note: I am trying to get this working so I can demonstrate it to the owner of my company to show him why we need this on all our new phone servers... So I am currently running it without a license (demo mode). I didn't think this affected anything except limited to 15 extensions but figured I should add it to my post

When generating the automatic configuration, the buttons are sorted by type:
1 conferences
2 extensions
3 park
4 queues
etc.
As you have many conferences, you fill all the 15 slots with them. If you are using fop2admin, you can disable some buttons by checking the disable checkbox, so, go to fop2 buttons, click the checkbox for all but 2 or 3 conferences, and you will make room for some extensions.
