Action bar: how to remove icons

Hi,

Is it possible to remove some action bar icons? Having them grayed is a good idea but I'd like them not to be seen by damned users.

    Hi Giorgio,

    If the user does not have the permission to perform the action, the button will not be displayed.

    For example, a user with permission only the "dial" permission will see only the dial button.
