fop2 : the Supervisor can not listen in on the calls of the Sales persons??????

It can be a manager permission issue (lacking originate permission in manager.conf file for asterisk 1.6 or higher), it could be improper fop2 permission, it could be incorrect button configuration if you do a manual configuration, it could be a user error because you think it should work some way but in fact it works on a different way). Choose your pick.
