Installing fop2 on elastix

I have install it from elastix panel.
i have buy a licenze and activated it.
if i access via web page it not connected to server
if i run:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
i have that is a registered licenze but nothing else. the command not terminated
if i run:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server
i have:
Can't listen to port 4445
But:
netstat -lnp | grep 4445
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4445 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 3376/fop2_server

can you help me?

if i do:
netstat -a -p -n

i have:

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4445 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 3323/fop2_server
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:52870 127.0.0.1:5038 ESTABLISHED 3323/fop2_server

Then stop looking at the server now, and focus on the client. You did not say what the problem was on the client side.
