Cannot contact server

Our PBX crashed yesterday so we brought our backup server on line. I'm trying to re-register FOP2 and am getting a "cannot contact server ..." error. I'm not sure if this is because it cant contact the server or that I have used the license on the server that crashed and it wont register because it thinks it is a dual registration. Help appreciated.

    Hi,

    A license problem will not prevent the service from starting/connecting. It will just limit the number of buttons you can see. So, your connection problem is not related to the license (you probably have to fix your license anyways, but that will not help you out with your connection problems).
