Cant contact registration server

Our PBX server with FOP2 crashed yesterday and we brought our backup server online without FOP2. I'm trying to register FOP2 and getting "could not contact registration server ...". Help is appreciated.

    Ah, ok... could not contact registration server means that you cannot connect to the internet or you do not have dns resolvers in place. You must enable that in order to register/reactivate/revoke a fop2 license.

    Hey -- thanks. I was in a hurry bringing up the backup server and forgot to set the DNS. Now when I try to register the license I get a message that I need to revoke the old one. Since the old server is out of service I don't think I can do that from the backup server. Any suggestions?
