Hello All,

I am new with this, is it possible to only show some extensions only?
how to do chat?
on FOP1, I able to drag and drop extension to dial, agent-login/out, etc .. how about in FOP2, it seems like there is no drag and drop capabilities.. please correct me if I'm wrong..

    You can filter extension by using groups or disabling them altogheter. Use fop2admin to configure any of them. The easiest way is to disable buttons, is a global setting, go to fop2 buttons page and click the disable checkbox for the buttons you do not want to show.

    fop2 does not support drag&drop actions, it supports click actions. click target extension, click dial button, it will dial that extension. Click target extension, click transfer, your active call will be transferred. And so on.
