Some feature doesn't work in Action bar

I have all the permission I checked in my /etc/asterisk/manger.conf file.

I can transfer, hang up, record calls fine. But I can't call pick up, dial, and listen. My version is 2.0+ and admin module is 1.2.10.

any suggestion?

Are you using freepbx in normal mode, or in user&device mode? If you are in user&device mode you must set the originatechannel in fop2admin fop2 buttons page to be Local/XXXXX@from-internal where XXXXX is the extension number.
