FOP 2.26 grey line

Hello Admin. I have a problem, instead of the drop-down menu on the user (action menu) appeared after the upgrade to version 2.26 strip of gray. This was evident when using Firefox version 10 and above, as well as IE8 and above. The fact that I control the bliss browsers of users because of their geographical spread. Cash at the browsers I was cleaning, the parameters of the file buttons.cfg I have not changed since fop2 worked on older versions of this file.

    Hello,

    There is no problem. What happens is that you do not have or are not allowed to perform the actions that are available via the action submenu. From there you could:

    1) send emails (you must configure the email address for every extension in the fop2 buttons fop2admin page)
    2) initiate chat (you must have the IM Chat license, and the chat permission in the fop2 user)
    3) add/remove/pause from queue (you must see at least one queue on the panel, freepbx configuration must not restrict members of a queue, and you should have queuemanager, queueagent or all permissions as a fop2 user).

    If any of the above conditions are met, you WILL see actions. The only thing to fix would be the visual glitch of having a line appear.

    We probably do not understand each other: (In versions of Firefox and IE below 10 8 or so I have no problems and was not - everything is normal, there is a menu. Just turned out that some computers were transferred to the air vents 7 respectively, it automatically put IE8 - > IE9 that leads to such consequences. a number of computers in mind the specifics of the applications had to be translated into FF11 which also surfaced this problem. As I wrote FOP update to version 2.26 solved only problem with the entrance of the panel (authorization), but there is problem with gray line . Here's the deal.

    The submenu actions shows perfectly well in all modern browsers. So, not sure what the deal is. Perhaps you are loading the old fop2 web application instead of the new 2.26 one, But it was very much tested in all major browsers, old and new. The submenu action works fine IF YOU HAVE actions to show.

    Do not tell me maybe I'm somewhere, something is not finished it - but to upgrade to new versions thegas or not the removal of old? I just installed over the old version 2.26 and a configuration file, respectively, took the old one. Could this somehow affect the appearance of the gray line?

    Hi,

    The translation is not very good, so I am not sure if I understand. To upgrade you download, extract and run make, and let the script overwrite what you have, that is fine. It is good and it does not pose any problems or issues.

    Now, if you have an old fop2.js in your browser cache, or an old sprites.png file, it could alter the looks for sure.

    In any case, you say that you see a gray line and no actions and that you should see actions. I already told you that perhaps your permissions are not enough to have those actions shown. I am positive that fop2 works perfectly well and displays the actions if the conditions are met. I cannot be sure the conditions are met in your case, so the only way is that you let me log into your panel and see that for myself. If a condition is not met, I will know for a fact, not by a bad translated post.
