Screen Pop with Programmable Xfer Buttons
We have installed fop2 and added a popup window based on queue (inbound route).
We would like the popup to include a script on how to answer that call (text) and 10 programmable 'buttons' for transferring the calls as required for that client.
This is a multi-tenant environment.
Is this something we can hire you to do? Or, someone else? Or something for the future?
